Sacred Geometry
including
Sacred Ratios and Sacred Proportions
Nature has an innate intelligence which is repeated again and again wherever you
look. Certain things just work better than others. It may be attributed to a
God or god like intelligence or it may be attributed to evolution. Either way
(and both are likely possible) the world has evolved in a way that certain
what we will call sacred ratios found again and again. Ratios are simply
proportions of one measurement to another. Not only are these sacred ratios or
sacred proportions beautiful, such as a nautilus shell, a leaf, a tree or a
person, but the life force energies flow well in those shapes also. This has
been noticed from ancient times and a science of Sacred Geometry has grown up
over time to help us live better lives. Sacred Geometry uses the sacred
ratios and proportions to recreate in our buildings and other manufactured
things the sacred proportions found in nature. A famous example of this is
the Acropolis in Greece. Less famous examples abound. Some designers including
architects have studied these sacred numbers and specialize in designing
around them. An obvious question is:
What is so special about these Sacred Ratios (or Sacred Proportions)?
A look at what the specific sacred numbers involved are will help. They are
all numbers which can not be exactly measured. The best known one is
pi which is commonly known as 3.14. In reality this is a number which has
drawn great minds to grapple with it for as long as the concept of a ratio
of the radius tot he circumference of a circle has been recognized. Modern
computers as you can well imagine are able to figure pi to millions of digits,
yet still not arrive at a definite answer. Other numbers which are part of the
system of sacred geometry and sacred proportions are the square root of two
and the square root of three. Buildings and other things built with these
sacred ratios are found to be very life affirmative and feel good as well.
But Why?
We encourage you to look and see what your answer is. One possibility
will be offered here:
- The impossible for humans to define aspect of these sacred ratios places
them in a category of being Divine. As such they carry far more positive
energy than numbers we use and can clearly define like the basic system
of counting and keeping track of dates with.
As you have probably gathered if
you have read much of our web site, Quantum Feng Shui Crystals help bring the energy
of sacred geometry to the mundane objects in your life. The physical shape
doesn't change, but the energy of the appropriate sacred proportion is brought
into the essence of the object. The sacredness of the object won't be as high
as if it were physically constructed with the sacred ratios, but it will feel
better to use of in the case of a building, to live in. You
will also be drawn to things which have the sacred ratios inherently in them.

...we were having some problems getting things to flow: funding was short, employees weren't working out, paper work was backing up... In the past year, our organizations problems seem to have melted away. We have enough funding to put some reserve away for a rainy day.
