Two years ago, Wyling Cambrium was a self-employed inventor working with electrical technologies. At the same time his business hit the skids, his personal life simultaneously bottomed out. Cambrium who knew little about crystals and had just heard about the ancient art of Feng Shui, decided to investigate Feng Shui's potential to help turn his business and his personal life around.

     Although far from convinced that hanging implements around his home and business could make any kind of difference in his life, Cambrium decided to contact Francine Peterson, a local Feng Shui practitioner. Peterson immediately instructed him to get rid of any possessions that were no longer needed, explaining how clutter traps old, stagnant energy and further blocks things we desire from coming into our lives. She further gave him a list of Feng Shui items to buy to place in specific areas around his home and office. These items, known as "cures," were meant to improve the energy flow for his life and business. However, the cures seemed ludicrous to Cambrium's scientific mind…

     "Get a round, faceted crystal ball. Hang the crystal ball on a thread cut to this exact length and color. Put the ball in the darkest corner of your shop. Put a mirror of this specific size and shape in this one place. Plant a certain type of tree at this corner of the building," etc.

     Feeling foolish about carrying out her instructions, but having already paid a large sum of money for the consultation, Cambrium decided to follow through with her crystal ball and other recommendations. To his amazement, things dramatically shifted. His business picked up and his personal life improved.

     Enthusiastically, Cambrium invited Peterson back for further consultations, each costing $100-$200. Pretty soon he became adept at hanging mirrors of different sizes and shapes, bamboo flutes, rocks, more crystal balls, wind chimes and enough red strings to spin a web! He went so far as to buy glass cutting tools and developed the proficiency to cut his own mirrors to the exact dimensions necessary for each Feng Shui cure.

     The results spoke for themselves. His business continued to improve, as did his personal life.

     Fascinated with the turn of events in his life, Cambrium decided to study Feng Shui himself, rationalizing that the more he learned about this 5000-year-old tradition, the less he would have to rely on the expertise of others every time he wanted to create a shift in his life. Becoming an expert would also give him the opportunity to help others, and in addition, he'd no longer have to keep paying consultant's fees.

     Cambrium studied with two of the best teachers in the world -- Carol Bridges and Seann Xenja, as well as continuing with his world class advisor and mentor, Francine Peterson.

     As his client base evolved, Cambrium found that people were often skeptical or resistant to making his recommended Feng Shui changes because the changes either seemed to make no sense, were expensive, detracted from their décor, or involved a lot of work. However, his clients quite enjoyed the positive results they experienced.

     In what would turn out to be a very fortuitous occurrence, while working on his computer one day, the machine suddenly gasped and conked out. Needing to continue his work, Cambrium ventured over to his local library. However, the Feng Shui of the library's computer workstation felt entirely wrong. Reaching into his pocket, Cambrium pulled out a natural iron pyrite crystal cube, about the size of a sugar cube. Noticing its smooth, reflective naturally mirrored sides, he decided to empower the crystal cube to act as a Feng Shui mirror cure. The traditional cure would have called for a large mirror to be hung on the wall which was not practical. Cambrium discovered that the pyrite crystal cube served his purpose very well and he was able to complete his work easily and effectively.

     A week later while traveling, a second moment of inspiration occurred when Cambrium checked into his motel room. In its L-shaped configuration, Cambrium realized that the energy flow patterns of the room might need some help.

     Cambrium wondered if by placing his tiny pyrite crystal cube on the table and empowering it with the energy of Feng Shui, the energy deficiency in the space might be reversed. Using the pyrite crystal, he projected an energetic mirror across the room onto the facing wall. Once again, the iron pyrite crystal served his purpose and worked perfectly to balance the energy in the space.

     In the past, Cambrium had always lugged a suitcase of mobile Feng Shui cures with him while traveling, even on camping trips! Now he wondered, if it was possible for this tiny lightweight crystal to work in one or two circumstances, would it be possible for it to cover a whole range of Feng Shui needs?

     Cambrium began further experimentation upon arriving home. He positioned his crystal in his apartment where many traditional Feng Shui cures were already in place. Ten days later, Cambrium could feel that the energy in his apartment felt "off." Something wasn't right. It turned out that the energy field of the pyrite crystal cube had taken over all the functions of his other formal Feng Shui crystals and other cures, thus making all of these other cures no longer necessary!

     Through further experimentation, Cambrium discovered that certain other naturally formed metallic crystals such as gold crystals, silver crystals and copper crystals could also be empowered to perform in a similar manner. By using his specially energized crystals, he realized that no other Feng Shui crystals or other cures would ever need to be used again.

...we were having some problems getting things to flow: funding was short, employees weren't working out, paper work was backing up... In the past year, our organizations problems seem to have melted away. We have enough funding to put some reserve away for a rainy day.
